I am now just sad. Looking at the NY Mets blogs and stuff and seeing them so happy.
A single tear rolls down my cheek.
Youd think we in Minnesota would be so well prepared to say goodbye to our big stars like this. But I'm betting its going to be just as crappy to see Johan put on that NY hat as it was to see Torii put on the A hat a few months ago.
Its fun growing up and cheering hometown teams that are always the underdogs but this is getting rediculous. No other city has lost so many huge stars since the turn of the century. Bah-hum-bug.
i would buy one of those jersees. maybe not buy, but wear. i have a david ortiz red sox tshirt jersee, and it's great.
