The beer tour sounds terrific. I might add O'Gara's in St Paul. I'm not a big fruit beer drinker, but I tried their aprecot brew....it kind of changed my life. My calender is marked...hard.
If we are not going to trade pitching prospects there is no reason why we don't trade Santana. If we do, however, trade for someone like M. Cabrerra and sign a tony clark it would make sense to keep him because we would have a real shot at contending. The worse senario would be to keep the team as is and lose Santana to free agency next season.
I agree that there needs to be at least a four team playoff to determine the national champion. The only argument for the current system is it ensures every game every week has tremendous gravity for the title contenders.
